Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and to most countries in the European Union. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $75 (US) or €70 (EU). Below that, standard shipping is $6.95 / €5.90.
How do I choose my size?
Use our Size Guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. EU customers also have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay. Payments are processed by secure, PCI-compliant payment providers; we never store your full card details.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Any taxes or duties that apply to your order are shown before you complete your purchase. If additional fees ever apply to your delivery, our team will help you — contact us before accepting the package.
How do I care for my clothes?
Care instructions are on each product page and on the garment label. Most pieces are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle.
